Customers have the convenience of exploring and purchasing full collections from different brands without the need to visit multiple websites. Once you place your order, each brand will then ship your order directly to your doorstep.

The Mile works with various retail partners and the return policy varies per product and depending on the vendor. You can also view a product's return policy on the product detail page on the website.
Return information is provided in The Mile's return communications to each customer once a return is requested. If the brand charges you a return fee, we will refund that amount directly to your original method of payment.
Your returned item must arrive at the vendor no later than specified days (14 or 30 days depending on the vendor) after you receive the order.
After this time we cannot guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for a refund.
We strongly recommend that you request your return on OrchardMile.com within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the vendor within 14 days. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
Once your return has been received by the vendor and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method including the cost of returns if charged.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit:
Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided. If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on.
If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
Hosiery must be returned in its unopened packages and lingerie/swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.

All returns must comply with our return policy in order to qualify for a refund.
1. Sign into The Mile and go to "My Account".
2. Under "Orders", click on your order number for return.
3. Simply click request return next to the items you wish to return. Our concierge will email you confirming your return request.
4. Shortly thereafter, our concierge will send you an return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s); including postage labels if necessary.
5. After receiving confirmation of the return authorization number from our concierge, affix the postage to your package and send it back to the brand (vendor) via the carrier noted in the email. (You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.)

We encourage you to create an account when placing an order to expedite the return process should you need to return your item(s).
Once your return is received and approved at the brand, you will receive a refund within 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card.



Congrats! If you've received a gift card, shop as you normally would, then at checkout, select "Enter a Gift Card" in the billing section. Enter your gift card number in the corresponding box that appears, then select "review order." Your card value will be deducted from your shopping bag balance.

If a product is marked "FINAL SALE", it cannot be returned or exchanged.
